Is the attic inspection really free?
Yes. We inspect, photograph what we find and explain your options at no charge. You decide whether and when to move forward.
Can you add insulation over what’s already there?
Often, yes—it depends on the condition of the existing insulation and whether it has been contaminated. We inspect first and tell you whether a top-off makes sense or removal is the better path.
I hear scratching in my attic. What happens next?
We inspect the attic and exterior for wildlife evidence and entry points. Then we explain appropriate management, exclusion and restoration options based on what we find.
What is the difference between a full and a partial exclusion?
A full-home exclusion addresses vulnerable openings from the roofline to the foundation. A partial exclusion covers only the areas we repair or seal. We explain coverage and the terms of the customer agreement before work begins.
What insulation materials do you install?
Loose-fill options including cellulose, plus fiberglass and mineral-wool batts for appropriate applications. Recommendations depend on your attic, target R-value and budget. We do not offer spray foam.
Do you offer financing or discounts?
Financing options are available, and we offer military and senior discounts. Ask during your inspection and we’ll explain what applies to your project.
