What is the difference between a full and partial exclusion?

A full-home exclusion addresses vulnerable openings from the roofline to the foundation and carries a two-year warranty per the customer agreement. A partial exclusion covers only the specific areas we repair or seal.

What does the warranty cover?

The covered exclusion work described in your agreement. A completely new access point created by an animal after the project is additional work. Exact wording is in the contract.

Do you need to remove the animals first?

Usually. Management and exclusion work together—we make sure nothing is sealed inside, then close the openings. The inspection determines the order. Bat exclusions are available where appropriate, with the approach scoped after assessment.

How long does exclusion take?

It depends on the size of the home and the number of openings. We’ll give you a timeline with your quote.
